Use your own postage to return via Royal Mail or courier. Print your free returns label from your order confirmation – we'll guide you every step.
Refunds Within 5 Working Days
Once we receive your return (allow 2-3 days for UK delivery), we'll process your refund within 5 working days. Bank processing times apply after this. Choose instant store credit + 10% bonus for your next haute couture piece.
Haute Couture Care (Simple Guidelines)
- Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Keep tags attached, unworn, no makeup/perfume marks.
- Products must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- For hygiene reasons, lingerie, swimwear, and pajamas can only be returned if unworn and with hygiene seals unbroken.

- Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.
- Pack the item securely and ship it back to the designated return address.
