1. How do I start my ULA Dress return? Is it complicated?

No complexity – 3 simple steps: Log into your account → "View Orders" → "Request Return" (auto-generates your free returns label).

Email: ula-na@ula-na.com if you need help finding it. Takes 2 minutes maximum.

Once your return reaches our UK warehouse (allow 2-3 days Royal Mail delivery), we process refunds within5 working days. Your bank may take 3-5 extra days to show the credit. Store credit? Instant upon approval.

No stress– return unworn within 14 days for full refund or exchange. Our UK styling team offers free live chat sizing advicebeforepurchase to prevent this. Tags must remain attached, no makeup/perfume marks.

Customer covers return postage (Royal Mail / DHL /courier standard rates).

We protect you: Track your parcel with Royal Mail, DHL. If lost/damaged in transit, contact ula-na@ula-na.com with tracking number within 14 days – we'll resolve immediately with refund/store credit. No risk to you.
