• Original Packaging: Returned in the original packaging with all tags, labels, and hygiene seals (where applicable, e.g., swimwear, jewellery) still attached and intact.
• Proof of Purchase: Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation.

2. How to Initiate a Return
