• Original Packaging: Returned in the original packaging with all tags, labels, and hygiene seals (where applicable, e.g., swimwear, jewellery) still attached and intact.
• Proof of Purchase: Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation.

2. How to Initiate a Return

3. Ship It Back: Attach the pre-paid shipping label and drop your parcel off at the designated carrier point (e.g., Post Office, UPS drop-off). Please ensure you obtain and keep proof of postage. The item remains your responsibility until it arrives back at our warehouse.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected by our Quality Team (this usually takes 3-5 working days), we will process your refund.

• Original Payment Method: Your money will be refunded to the original payment method used for the purchase.
